There’s no communication at all between management or employees. Every shift seems to have different rules which screws everything up.
They look for anything to give us points, one shift manager is point happy at all times. Once we defend ourselves they write us up. They treat us like children, they disrespect us all the time.
NOW management has never done what we do so they don’t understand anything. Things happened and we lost them because higher management didn’t like that. The management at that time treated you with respect, had an understanding of what we do because they started out like us, made you feel like family, etc(all good). I started here a few months before opening.
