I will say when I made the reservation the Lady that I spoke to was nice enough to remove the Resort fee since we weren’t going to use the Pool. The room was fine even though there were absolutely no amenities other then 4 bottles of water. I checked us in and I thought something was different as I didn’t get a receipt or have to sign anything on the “Pad “other than my name when I swiped my Credit Card. We got to the Casino and valeted on Saturday May 13th at approx. I maneuvered the cars around and left mine at her house and we headed out driving her car. She stated that we should take her car since it get’s better gas milage. I stopped by Yuma ( in AZ ) and picked up my Mother to take her to the Casino. Do to my schedule I had to tweak the days just a little so my work would not be effected. I currently live in Phoenix Az and my Mother wanted to go to the Casino for Mother’s day. I have been a loyal customer for quite a few years and this last visit bares attention too. This E mail is in regard to my last visit to your Casino. Good day: I wasn’t going to write an E mail but, I changed my mind, if not to inform but, to vent and release stress on my end.
